The store is nice and clean, lots of products. The problem is some of the staff seems not to be yet trained properly. It took 3 people to figure out where the product I was looking for, is. Also initially got the wrong directions. Overall still a good experience and I will return.
I went today for the first time with Rona+ change. The staff were incredibly helpful: one kind gentleman noticed me right when I walked in and walked me to the aisle of the item I was looking for. They had a huge sale on their summer plants and a staff member guided me to the carts. Everyone was genuinely friendly!
It's Lowe's but keep an eye on pricing as some items may ring up more than advertised. Happened to us in the garden centre today. Overall great products that Home Depot doesn't necessarily have.
