I feel like the customer service has gone somewhat down hill. I did my paperwork on Tuesday and funds we’re supposed to be in my account by Thursday, don’t get me wrong I know these things take time when dealing with large amounts of money but not even a phone call or text or email. I find that kinda rude. It’s Thursday today @ 4:32pm and nothing. Again, I understand large sum of money takes time a call or email would be the respectful thing to do.
