First of all I want to say that the salon itself is the best one I have ever been to in my lifetime. Wondering how they choose their employees because I see each one so friendly and just so willing to help you out. Now coming to Kennedy who did my hair as well as my daughter's, she is surely the best. There is no doubt about that! She is so patient, explaining in detail everything she is planning to do, giving her expert suggestions as well as asking us for our opinion too. She did such a great job on both of us. I am in love with the end result ? and I know this place will be my hair salon until I grow old! I just love this place. ❤️❤️❤️

Today I had an appointment for a haircut and requested a colour consultation at Essence. What an absolute gem of a place. The owner is a pleasant lady who seemed very engaged in her customer's happiness, as well as her staff. I heard her compliment a few employees on the work they were doing while I was there. Her care shows in the positive vibe in her Salon. Their apprentice Kali worked on my hair. She helped me with some colour and style suggestions and even had time to do my colour/cut today. The color she recommended turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this Salon.

One Christmas me and my mom got gift vouchers here. We wanted to put them into use, but it was actually the best salon I’ve ever went to. Even giving up my hairdresser I had since I was a toddler. The experience is amazing everytime I go there, and everyone is the absolute sweetest, like actually angels (Kennedy especially, she’s my hairdresser) and I get the best results here.
