My husband and I purchased a gas fireplace. Scott from Bast Home Comfort came to our home and helped design the fireplace around the existing wall unit. The service given by all of the personnel was exceptional! I highly recommend Bast Home Comfort (Cambridge) for anyone contemplating the purchase and installation of a fire place. Thanks so much!

Old AC unit will break down on hottest day of heatwave, right?! Terrific in-house inspection together with clear language explanation of what is needed. Thank you!
We had an excellent experience with Bast Home Comfort and would highly recommend them! Scott, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and great to deal with. Josh, the repair technician, did an amazing job fixing our fireplace, and we found their prices to be very reasonable.
What impressed us most was that we had gone to other places looking for someone to repair our fireplace, only to be told they couldn’t fix it—but they would gladly sell us a new one. Bast Home Comfort actually took the time to find the problem and fix it!
Great service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and people you can trust. If you’re looking for heating or fireplace service,… read full review
