“Jeff’s Auto Service is the best. We rate them 10 out of 10. We were on a family vacation when our SUV’s battery light went on. After testing the battery we assumed it was the alternator. This was on a Wednesday and we needed to be out of our cottage on Saturday. After calling 5 different places including Toyota in North Bay, every place said they were booked a week to two weeks out and could not help us. Then we called Jeff’s. Initially Hunter said they were booked but after explaining our dilemma he checked to see if he could get the part, after looking up the part and finding out that he could get it, he said he would take us. We had our SUV towed to Jeff’s on Wednesday afternoon. At 10:20 am on Thursday, Hunter called saying it was fixed and ready for pick up, effectively saving our trip home to Florida. We greatly appreciate you guys for helping us out when no one else would.”
