I live in Guelph ON and drove to Second Chance Records in Caledonia. Received a very excellent customer service experience. The album I was looking for (Who’s Next) was put aside for me and when I picked it up, it was in excellent condition and fairly priced. The store looks great. A wide variety of great new and used Vinyl, CD’s, some cool pop culture merchandise and a very groovy vibe! Second Chance Records also has a very helpful Website.

This store was wondeful! They had so much cool stuff, full of anything anyone would want! Got loads of things for every different music lover! Chris was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He gave my mother and I a tour of the store and showed us around :) Very sweet man and look forward to coming back again!!
We were pleasantly surprised by this record store! They have lots of new and used vinyl, CDs, hats and apparel, as well as musical instruments and accessories. They have records of every genre and even had some records that were on for 40% off.
The owner was very helpful in helping us find things. We will definitely be back!
