The professionalism and the kindness of the staff here is unmatched. They truly made my experience such a pleasant one while also creating room for me to ask questions and be supported, which ultimately made me feel safe and heard, something so critical especially for women's health.

I have been with Dr.Ritchie for 1 year when I moved to Hamilton.I had a serious illness that was unknown to me . After diagnosed he jumped in and took me thru all the steps that had to b dealt with.He was very patient with all the questions and upset and mix ups we all had to deal with over this unpredictable procedure. I trust this Dr.with my life. In fact I did!
Not enough praise can go to Jennifer and Emily for their concern and help dealing with all the apps etc. I never felt like I was afloat alone!

Very friendly and lovey staff. Dr Tytus is very astute and listens to his patient. I have been his patient since they moved into caledonia from Hamilton. I find him to be kind and caring and willing to find out what is wrong.
