We had such a great experience with Hoover Environmental Group! Raccoons recently found their way into our newly renovated home. We contacted Mac and he showed up first thing the following day assuring us that he would take care of everything. His approach was professional, friendly and most importantly, humane. There was consistent communication and touchpoints and Mac even came by the house every few days to track our progress and ensure that the issue was resolved.
