“I had a unique problem, had to remove a piercing from my ear for up coming surgery, but when time came to replace it most tatoo places wer’nt open, those that were open didnt deal in piercings. I called Zaps, they said yes we do that so I booked an appointment. I was a half hour early but they tended to me right away! Putting my ear ring back was very difficult (could not do my self) but they never gave up and managed to get the job done for me. The owner and another young lady were very pleasant and profesional! Being an old bald guy I’m sure they knew I wouldnt be back for a hair cut, so this was done just because they are a caring group of people. I highly recommend them!!“
