The Staff at Welburn Service saved my family in an emergency situation .Being from Quebec and being completely stuck, they made us a priority to replace a much needed starter motor for my Ford Transit Camper Van and get us back on the road pronto. A huge thanks to Trevor, Paul, Owen, Jason Welburn, and all the staff. How showed diligence and professionalism. You are in safe hands with these people.
After being jerked around by numerous other mechanics and the dealership, I decided to give this shop a try because I wasn’t being listened to when I asked for a full inspection of my car that has been nothing but problems - not only did these guys listen to me, they were able to list several things that need maintenance, but aren’t as extreme as what I was being led to believe. They got me in quickly and did a THOROUGH check over, giving me a detailed list of what would need to be addressed, but also giving me peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive, on top of stellar customer service!
Super appreciative of them and will definitely be back for this list… read full review
Amazing service. Had a check engine light come on and had to get off the highway. Even though they were busy, they still diagnosed the problem and because it was a simple fix, did it right away so I could continue on my journey
