When we bought our house five years ago, we used Corinna as our mortgage broker. This year, when we were coming up on renewal and looking at the big jump in rates, I came back to Corinna for help navigating the renewal. She told us that our existing lender was offering a solid renewal rate and we were best to stick with them for our renewal. But with her advice on our side, we were able to get our existing lender to bring the renewal down 0.60% from their first offer. That represents a HUGE savings over that next five years, and I don't think I could have done it on my own.
