Took a Wim Hof workshop with Dan and had an amazing experience. The Studio space was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend dropping in if you are in the area or take one of their workshops.
Dan is very kind, professionnal, easy going and knowledgable. We are lucky to have such a school in our area. A friendly place where you can develop at your own pace. I am having all kinds of limitation physically but, with his approach, i am confident i will get my body back in the groove. Check it out.
