Called and (unfortunately) they couldn't provide service until the next day. However. Jamie asked me to describe the situation to him. He (correctly) pointed out that the battery was the most likely culprit (not the dreaded rodent eating wiring) and if I had a booster pack, it would likely be resolved. It was. Thanks Jamie
