Had a new pool heater piped in. Great service from the Ball team. Always top notch service from these guys!Had a service call today. They squeezed me in on todays schedule. Always great service with this team.
The Ball Refrigeration and Furnace Specialist arrived right on time, introduced himself with a brief explanation of the maintenance service that he would provide for the furnace and the Air Changer system . He was also very courteous, and very careful with adjacent furnishings and flooring. Upon completion of the maintenance he cleaned up everything, left no mess behind, turned off all of the basement lights and brought all old filter debris upstairs to the main floor. Being a retired person with mobility problems, particularly on stairs, this was worth its "Weight IN Gold" if you pardon the expression. Services were just excellent. Not only did the gentleman explain things in an understandable and non-patronizing way, he made me feel completely safe having him in my home (which as a woman working alone from home is invaluable).
