We awoke today with no hot water. We called Richard Houle our reliable “go to guy”. Within 30 minutes an experienced plumber arrived and diagnosis the problem. An hour later a new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly. (Carried up and down 32 steps on the side of a Cliff no less)
