Thank you Chris for stopping by today Jan 02 at the last minute on this Friday to help us out. Only for you to understand and you gave us advice that we weren't aware of.
401 Electric was the only company whom answered on a holiday week . The owner himself came to our home. Chris of 401 Electric diagnosed our problem in a few minutes what the issue was. It was fixed immediately and he finally was going home after a long day on a Friday holiday week.
Thank you Chris. Happy new year and all the best to you in 2026. Lisa
I am posting for my Mum, who had an excellent experience with 401 Electric today. She called about a minor generator problem to at least three contractors, which only one actually answered their phone; and that was the folks at 401 Electric. They did a house-call to her home, and fixed her generator problem in less than 15 minutes with a new 120V socket. First class service IMHO. Highly Recommended, not just on their skills, but also their customer service and kindness to Senior Citizens.
We have called on 401 electric on two occasions this past year for replacement of baseboard heater and a bathroom fan. They responded very quickly scheduling the work, arriving on time, and the electrician was courteous and very competently went to work....and they cleaned up before leaving.Confident in calling them for future work.
