We have had our little Spa for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. We also have had amazing service from the team at Carefree. When we bought an arm to help open the spa cover it was much too big for our three person Spa. They cut it down for us in the store so that we could just assemble it ourselves at home however we just couldn’t make it work once we tried to install it, I mentioned to one of the owners at Carefree that I was having trouble with it and he said he would send some guys over to fix it.
