Over the past 12 years, we’ve purchased about seven homes from Empire. Overall, our experience has been positive. The customer service representative, Pina, has been great to deal with. However, when it comes to the warranty and construction teams for new builds, the experience has been inconsistent—what used to be a strong point for Empire now seems to be affected by either understaffing or a shift in focus from quality to quantity.

Just wanted to leave a review commenting on an interaction I had with a guy named Fernando. He came to our home as part of the post-build touch ups. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He address all my concerns and provided me with information concerning various aspects of the build. Thanks for your help Fernando!
