Don't even bother calling them. Too busy for their own good. When I bought this house this card was left behind because they serviced the boiler here. Had an issue last week called them to come take a look at it. Said he couldn't be here for 2 weeks. Said no problem I have heat pumps and a gas fireplace to look after me until then. He basically said no he's not interested. Wouldn't book me a date. As a fellow tradesman myself I've never treated a customer like that.

Awesome! Rob returned my phone call within 5min. He sent Paul over within 30 min. Super friendly, very respectful, very knowledgeable. Paul explained what was going on and fixed the problem.I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Rob is the best. He is The Guy. We have used Tri-County for over 20 years and he has rescued us more times than I can count. He and the guys have been invariably professional, courteous, knowledgable, and compassionate. He has undercharged me. The work he has done for us over the years has been excellent and meticulous. He gets it done. You will never regret giving Tri-County a call and you will never call anyone else.
