I had a flickering power/ brown out issue at my residence. I called Chris at Tottle Electric. He advised me that Drew would be onsite in a couple of hours after completing his first assignment of the day. Drew called with his ETA & showed up on time. He assessed the situation, did in home testing & determined the issue was not internal but a probable Brantford Power issue. They got Brantford Power to the site within 1 hour sourced the issue & serviced the neutral ground issue caused by others. Both Chris & Drew were excellent to deal with.
