I found this office through google. I watched Dr. Mark Bonitatibus on YouTube. I was very nervous going to see a Chiropractor ( as I have heard many unpleasant stories about peoples experiences with Chiropractors in general ). I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome from Diane at the front desk. No pretences at this office. Dr. Mark was very informative and put me at ease. He understood that I was hesitant, but explained everything in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he is a compassionate and caring individual and has a passion for his profession. I took my special needs daughter in to get treatment for a pinched nerve in her neck/neck pain. She has never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Mark was extremely good with her. He explained everything very clearly step by step and really put us both at ease.He was able to immediately relieve her acute pain, and work on other problem areas on her back. He was kind, patient, with a wonderful demeanor.The office also got us in same day within hours of reaching out to them!Looking forward to bringing her back for ongoing treatment. 5 out of 5 for us!
