I've had to use Rooter Man twice, and each time was an amazing experience. Both of the gentlemen who showed up were professional, were personable, and very knowledgeable on how to explain what was going on to a person who doesn't do this for a living. Well done guys, well done. And thank you

Robert the technician came by, he was courteous and friendly. He was upfront and walked me through the issue with a basement crack by the furnace.
The estimate he gave was just too high for my budget, so I told him I’d need to talk to my wife before making a decision. I didn’t feel the price was justified for the work needed right now.
No complaints about Robert though — he was professional and respectful.
My kitchen sink was backing up & because l have never used a plumber before, it was a just a quess as to who to choose from. Well, Rooter-Man Plumbing was an excellent choice. Found Zack to be very knowledgeable, patient and solved the problem quickly. Couldn’t ask for better service.
