I have been going to Queens for the last few years. Always do bio gel, shellac pedi and did tanning last yr before my cruise. By far the best tan I have ever gotten. The bed was absolutely amazing! My nails are always on point! And my pedis are so relaxing! I have recommended quite a few ppl to queens. And they have also loved the experience! Best place in brantford. ☺️
Had a shellac pedicure and bio gel mani today. This place is absolutely amazing. They are so thorough. Not rushed. The most relaxing experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Friendly!!!! The girl took her time and was not rushed at all. When talking to a woman beside me she felt the exact same way. Not rushed.
I went there for the first time today as I am new to Brantford. It was quick and easy to make an appointment, either through social media or a call away. I was greeted immediately and started my appointment on time. They use bags to cover the foot baths and open a sterilized equipment pack in front of you, which I loved. They offer services and chairs for the little ones too! (so cute!) The pedicures are to DIE FOR... I’ve never been to a place that actually takes their time on foot/leg massages.It enabled me to fully relax and enjoy my appointment. Elly was sweet and wonderful, really took her time with me. As I was there I looked around and really observed. They follow COVID protocols to a T. Everyone was wearing a mask (properly) and employees were consistently sanitizing after a client properly and throughly. I entered feeling safe, and left feeling rejuvenated from my appointment with Elly. I would 100% recommend services from this establishment, as I look forward to my next appointment.
