Jonathan did a great job installing our Chlor-A-Soft hybrid system. I explained that I wanted to address both the hardness of our water and the strong chlorine smell, and he took the time to explain how the system would help with both issues. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The installation was completed in about an hour and a half, and everything was done neatly and efficiently.
