Knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by Brad was exceptional!!Took the time to answer my questions by phone, evaluated my photos and set appointment up promptly. Thanks also to Matt for a thorough evaluation of our ant issue and recommended solution. This will be the only company I call if we encounter any other pest issues!!!!!!

I am really glad I chosen Brad from progessive pest control other than anyone in the town. The prices were lower as comparison to others. He was so polite and honest. This is our first time found few bed bugs and i was so upset. But brad checked every corner then made a conclusion. He made sure I was not upset anymore with this situation. Brad was so understanding and have alot of knowledge about pest control.

Brad was very responsive. Called back right away to discuss the problem and treatment options. Came out to the property the next day. Great communication, really seemed to want to help homeowners with information and education. In the end there was no real issue, he recommended NO service and didn’t even charge for the inspection/assessment. Thanks Brad!
