Wonderful service. My mother is an incredibly nervous person when it comes to being away from home and going to appointments and being around people she doesn't know. She's mostly blind and in rather delicate health. Her Caregiver Sushila was amazing. Mom was absolutely delighted by her. She said she felt very safe with her. Thank you Miss Sushila for taking good care of her. Will absolutely be working with Home Instead again and hopefully Sushila too!
We were referred to Home Instead to help with my mother who has memory issues and takes walks without being able to always get herself back home. We had been using a tracker around her neck with her keys which was great so we could go out and bring her back when she got lost, however, I was required to track her all day, everyday. Home Instead provided me with help three hours daily, seven days per week. It was a godsend! Shelley set everything up for us, even notifying me when a different PSW would be coming.
