We reached out to Home Instead when my Grandmother had an unfortunate fall and required a bit of support of home, outside of what we could provide. I was happy to get in touch with Lindsey who immediately started the process for us. We had someone connected to us right away who my Grandmother enjoyed and over the following months she got a regular support, Gerri Lee, to come in and help us every week.

Gerri has been a tremendous help to my Grandmother and she thoroughly enjoys their time together. They do fun things, go places my Grandma has not been before, and are always laughing when they come home.

Lindsey and her team continue to go above and beyond. I asked her if they would be able to pick up and deliver dinner to my mom and dad for my dad’s birthday. She said no problem. They luv getting perch from Port Dover- but they have no way to get it to them in Brantford. Not only did she personally deliver the fish dinner, she also included some birthday balloons and cupcakes. My parents were just so happy to have their favorite dinner! Thank you! You really made a difference. Much appreciated

Our family is deeply grateful for the care and support we received from Home Instead over the past year and a half while caring for our mom, Ardemis, who is living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

From the very beginning, everyone we interacted with,was kind, responsive, and truly compassionate. During what can be a very emotional and challenging journey for a family, their support meant so much to us.
