I never caught her name, but the older lady did an excellent job for me. She was very friendly, we chatted for a while when I picked my stuff up. When I brought my stuff to her she was very adamant that everything was set in place exactly the way I wanted it, very thorough and accurate. Went to pick it up and she say's "You're stuff has been waiting for you a couple days I wasn't sure you were coming back" meanwhile I showed up at the agreed upon date and time! lol. Loved my experience here, and will be going here for all of my tailoring needs.
