The team is great ! From beginning to end no complaints in the slightest!
I have been looking for an atv for quite some time now. I decided to stop in to GRPS after looking online, That’s when I met Jonah , his help was great! From explaining everything about the machine, to responding to my emails quickly, to making the whole buying process literally effortless, from buying the atv to picking unit up , the whole team was great, from beginning to end
Even the mechanic that did a once over of the machine the day I picked it up.
Very thorough answering all the questions I had. I truly appreciate their service, certainly made my experience enjoyable!
Thank you for everything!
I brought my 11-year-old Polaris RZR in for some recall work, and when it needed work beyond just swapping out the part the team was very helpful in dealing with Polaris to solve several issues on my machine. The staff was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Even though the work was free recall work through Polaris, the team made me feel like a paying customer. Thanks for getting me back up and running.
