They appear friendly but it’s just to get the job booked. We are in the construction industry ourselves but just didn’t have time to build our fence with the Multiple property’s we own, big mistake hiring Galway 2 day became 4 days with constant changing to the start date and no notice given. They built our fence 6 inches away from the old fence claiming that they had to build the fence straight to our property line this caused us $1000 as we had custom brick wall gardens at each back corner along the fence which we fill with gravel and rocks, we had this built 2 years ago and now no long and get the bricks so we have to redo both gardens there solution was to use rocks to fill in the gaps... how dumb would that look have beautiful brick then a big rock to fill in the gap ... what a joke. They also hired a company to put the 4 by 4’s in they throw our 4 by 4’s around putting cracks in them ... they claim that the 4 by 4’s come with cracks in them... when I do work I don’t buy cracked wood and if I do I return it. They showed up a couple times missing tools one time asked to borrow a tape measure next time just took our ladder without asking I just find this very unprofessional. The gate I showed them I wanted I didn’t get instead then when I asked about it they had an excuse about sagging yet nothing was said during consultation in regards to gagging. We did try and come up with a solution and although this costs us $1000’s because of the lack of professionalism we asked for $500 off they gave us a $50 off for 1 cracked board. I hope they learned from my feed back. I rate this company a 2 out of 5 and mostly because of the rudeness I received when I addressed issues I had. Would of given a 3 out of 5 for work quality.

Very very happy with my backyard redesign! Ryan and Josh work very hard long hours and are very conscientious and tidy in their work space. Ryan was knowledgeable with suggestions and ideas. The whole Galway team was flexible and able to accommodate last minute changes with ease. Overall very happy with the outcome and everyone who see’s it says it’s a whole new back yard and loves it! I would definitely recommend the company.
