They're fine for simple cuts I guess... but don't go for colour. I asked them to match my roots and the stylist (who didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name) tried to match the bit I was trying to fix, used a dye that was way too warm, and then made comments about how "it looked better before". Now I have to get it fixed - elsewhere.

This is not my usual spot (from Hamilton) to get my hair cut but I am so happy with my experience and love my hair. I will definitely be back.I ran into the shop because I had a few minutes to spare while my son grabbed something in the Walmart. I was greeted with a huge smile by Karen Sowers welcoming me to the salon. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and she said well we better get busy then. She very quickly and efficiently asked me what I needed done and inquired about a wash. I was worried about time so I declined the wash and she started to cut my hair. I’ve worked at a few salons, from the higher priced places to the more affordable.The workplace here is a great environment. Staff members are friendly and easy to get along with, and helpful when you have a question. They’re skilled stylists who can work quickly and provide quality service, and recommend great products and tools for your hair goals.The work is enjoyable, and the clientele are generally pretty friendly.
