I am one of those people who rarely give a perfect score, but End of the Roll did exactly what they said they would do for a very good price (there's 4 stars), but the installer didn't like the colour of the nose guard at the top of the stairs from our tile to the carpet and ordered a different colour and installed that one instead. He could have just did what he was told to do and walk away, but he really had our best interests at heart and THAT'S the 5th star.
The store for floor!!!! I had a very specific order for engineered flooring as I had left over boxes from a prior renovation. Ash and Mahmood were the only ones capable of satisfying that order, after more than a dozen other locations. The quickness, the no frills/gimmicks, the pleasure of dealing with Ash and Mahmood, was unmatched. Not only did they fulfill my specific order, they even provided a reduced rate, due to a slight size difference (which i can live with) as made my flooring renovation a successful endeavor.
