I recently brought my car in for service and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They take the time to explain the issues clearly, offered honest recommendations, and never pressure me into unnecessary repairs.
I will start with if I could give 10 stars I would. I am skeptical of shops bcuz most repairs I can do myself and I hate being over charged and under performed which happens often. I had very little hope of getting our repair fixed by anyone as we had tried many different repairs and talked to many people but Dunsdon came through big time right before our trip to Disney they ever stayed open a bit late to fix it. Tyler was the mechanic and I’m over the moon and can sleep now that our noise is gone and the van is safe for our trip. Also as a bonus we were quoted about 650 and the bill came in 110$ less than the quote like when does that ever happen. Thanks Dunsdon, thanks Tyler and the team. We will now be returning customers!!!!
Dunsdon Auto shop are very professional, do a great job of explaining the repairs, have integrity and reliability. I’ve been going to their shop for years and the customer service is number one.
