Beyond thankyou to you for having a heart the woman who answered the phone understood that my landlord was being beyond cruel & unfair . Are furnace went February 6 th my landlord excepted us to wait until Friday with absolutely no heat , no where to go refusing to pay for any motel . Would not give a precise time when the furnace would be fixed leaving us with zero heat . She took it upon herself & sent two young men on February 7 around 4 to have this fixed . I cannot begin to thank to the beyond kind woman for doing this . I highly recommend this heating & cooling to all and again to the wonderful lady who answered the phone we are beyond grateful for you having a heart & caring thankyou so much …. Can’t say enough about this company, my furnace quit and they were the first company to call me back, come out and quote me. Had them install the new furnace and put a new cold air return air in for us. Install was great and the installers were really professional. Really impressed
