We have had 90% of our windows replaced over the course of the past 2 years and they are always quick to respond to my emails. Eric responds quickly to my questions and concerns and ensures a professional job is done. I appreciate his attention to detail in ensuring our install is done correctly and looks good. The quotes we receive are always accurate and includes installation with no surprise costs and Eric made sure we received the recent promotions that were available. We recently had our basement windows replaced through Clera Windows + Doors. Our experience was fantastic. Terry guided us through the entire process, providing professional and knowledgable service. He was always quick with his response times and detailed when answering our questions. Avni installed our windows. He was extremely kind and had a great eye for detail. I did recently change two of the windows with Clera Windows, total in all 8 from the previous years. The quality and the installation of the windows are excellent.
I go with Clera Windows since my first window replacement from them as the pricing, quality and customer service are exceptionally great by Clera Windows.
The last order I placed for two windows got delayed a bit, but got installed after few months, felt communication could have better for this order. They don’t take orders for one window which is a disappointment and rude.
