My parents needed multiple locks changed at their house, on both interior and exterior doors. Inderjit did an excellent job - my parents were very happy with his services and he was very pleasant during all of my conversations with him. I would highly recommend him.
I locked myself out of my own room + bathroom, and was unable to figure out how to remove the door off the hinges and out of panic I broke the door knob off — then tried contacting lock smiths to help me access the room.
Unfortunately the man I spoke to was unavailable to come help me as I had needed immediate assistance [within 30 minutes arrival], he asked me to send him photos of the issue, and he instructed me what to do over the phone, and i successfully accessed my room.
Thank you so much! It was a pleasure dealing with this company, if i ever lock myself out again, I will be sure to contact them again.
True lock was able to rekey my deadbolt that was very old and discontinued. I can’t say enough about his skill and compassion to my situation. I would highly recommend True lock & Security.
