I would just like to commend Trillium Services for their excellent communication with a customer. I had a problem this morning with a a leak under my kitchen sink. Angie their representative called me and explained their costs and procedure. She was extremely patient, efficient and polite. She walked me through the steps of checking for the leak. I subsequently fixed the problem myself but it was all because Angie was so calm and patient. I will be using Trillium for all my plumbing needs from now on. It was a real pleasure to talk with Angie! Trillium Mechanical Services are very lucky to have her on their team!
