I researched for a month as our old roof was really, really bad. Called Tatic Roofing and was greeted with Afsin, who was not only personable but professional and knowledgeable. He came to see the job, also got on the roof and repaired some loose shingles even before getting hired. We talked about the date. He came on time with his crew and had the job done in a timely manner. Taking pictures along the way. I have nothing but good comments about Afshin and his crew. They covered windows with plywood and the ground with tarps over the whole property. I have not seen 1 nail on the ground. Overall I give them 1000% for their workmanship. I contacted Afshin of Tactic Roofing for roof inspection for a suspected leak. He returned my call promptly. He came yesterday, checked the roof, identified the problem and fixed it right away. His charges are reasonable and I am very happy with the job.Afshin goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He is honest, courteous and knowledgeable.
