I had tried various treatments for persistent neck, back and shoulder pain and felt that osteopathy was something that finally worked to help me long term. My very first visit to Osteopath Joe Peternel was great. I knew I needed to get treatment but I was surprised at how badly I needed that visit. That was in April. Once the treatment was over I felt great after a few days. Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me exercises to ensure I was going to benefit from the treatment in the long term. Needless to say I returned for more treatment and this time around it was even BETTER. So knowledgeable and treatments are effective.
I will keep him in my back pocket because the treatments are very helpful.
