Crazy busy as usually all Sephora's are but also as usual, great service by the staff.. helped us with what we were looking for, and the cashier line was really long (more than 20 folks) but moved fast enough. Good job

I went to get glycolic acid in store, i met Channel, she really helped me in finding the right product for me, she advised me what i need to use according to my skin. She really went above and beyond to help me and she have great knowledge of skincare products. I recommend her if you ever visited in store to get skincare products or anything. She is very nice and kind.

Fine retail establishment with many staff walking throughout the store to help. The cash out experience was horrible. One cashier working one of four tills, while I, fourth in line, watched the line grow to nine people in ten minutes. Nobody was moving because the cashier was busy doing a return for a customer with at least 15 items to bring back. The arguments over what was used and unused product were amusing. A manager chimed in to argue for a moment. Staff were flustered. All this, and at no point did anybody bother looking at the line until I clued another manager into its shocking length now grown around a corner, and backing up into an aisle.
