I went to the store to pick up and deliver an order from Sephora. A staff member named ‘Aastha ‘assisted me in locating the order with great professionalism, grace, and a warm smile. She supported me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful and humble. She truly performs her role exceptionally well and is a valuable asset to the team.
I am a very regular Sephora customer and a Rouge member. During a recent visit, I selected my items and went to checkout. Before paying, I remembered I had a few vouchers and asked the cashier to check whether they were valid.
I had three vouchers, which took about 2–3 minutes to review. During this time, the cashier appeared visibly frustrated, impatient, and gave uncomfortable looks. Even if the vouchers were not valid, the interaction felt rude and dismissive.
Vouchers are not a favor or charity—they hold value and customers are entitled to ask about them. As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism at checkout.

This location is often disorganized and out of stock of the best products. What bothers me most is that if I’m dressed nicely and wearing makeup the staff will make an effort to ask if I need any help but if I come in without makeup/not looking amazing, they don’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been rouge for years and it’s disappointing to be in the store for 30+ mins without staff asking if you need anything (especially when they’re not busy).
