I had left a bad review because I felt I was treated poorly. The Manager, Richard, contacted me immediately and listened to what I thought was a reasonable solution. He agreed, and in fact offered me $500 more on the trade in. My situation had not reached him till he read the review, and he sought to have a happy customer and build a lasting business relationship.I am glad that this could be resolved in such a way. I wish that it could have been resolved without the involvement of Richard, but I am happy that he did get involved.You will have a loyal customer because of this. I do believe they seek customer satisfaction, at least in my case.Thank You!

Process of buying a car was seamless. Danny took care of my needs and worked hard to get the deal I was looking for. For those additional items that should have been with the vehicle, Danny ensured they were taken care of in short order.Only suggestion I would make is to ensure someone goes over the vehicle to make sure items like key code and spare key are with the vehicle when the vehicle is picked up.
