I'm soooo happy to have my phone back. I went to Phoenix Cell Store, and the Lady was very nice and welcoming, she's really nice, and fix my phone. I'm a very happy customer. Phoenix is simply the best. I recommend everyone to go there whenever you having an issue with your phone. God bless them and I will say it again SIMPLY THE BEST ? ? ? ?

I called these folks tonight for an emergency screen repair job. They took me in last minute and at the end of their work day - all with a smile and great customer service. I have an older phone but they had the screen required and fixed while I waited. Can't say enough good about how good they treated me and the great work they did. Plus they are taking a shot at fixing a badly damaged phone I have - a brand new Samsung Ultra 24+ that got ran over by a work truck. He thinks it can be fixed. The only thing I will say is the price was slightly higher when I checked out but I wasn't sqabbling at that point as they got the job done for me on the spot.
