Staff were extremely helpful and, when you find one in their area of expertise, extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of products and food, conveniently laid out in 'pet type' areas, so everything you need is only an aisle or two away.
I struggled with a 3000 lb bag of litter (it may have been a bit smaller than that) and they helped me get it into my car.
Prices are competitive, definitely cheaper than Amazon. Lots of free parking.

We always feel that our dog Columbo are in great caring hand with groomer Jenn H. Always happy with our Shih Tzu grooming and enjoy reading his report card when picking him up. Love the nickname Jenn H. gave our dog Columbo, during his many grooming sessions, the sounds he makes, Velociraptor LOL

Kobi has been going to Susan every 5-6 weeks for grooming for the last few years and she is just amazing with him. He used to be afraid/ anxious about grooming but under Susan's care and expertise he has become very comfortable with her and the idea of grooming.
