Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience at the Petro-Canada car wash. I had a valid car wash ticket but was unable to use it due to a technical issue. When I approached the lady employee for help, she was extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of assisting me, she insisted that I come inside to show the ticket, even though I was already in the middle of the car wash line.
Despite clearly having a valid ticket, she refused to honor it and forced me to purchase another one. Her attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location for a car wash.

I had a fantastic experience at the Petro-Canada on Ebenezer Rd. The location is always clean, well-organized, and easy to access, but what really makes this place stand out is the manager. They are absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring toward both customers and staff.
You can tell the manager takes pride in running a great store. They’re attentive, approachable, and go out of their way to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. That level of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how positive the atmosphere is.
This Petro-Canada sets the standard for great customer service. Highly recommend stopping here!
