The team was professional and responsive and all the trades did first-class work. The refurbished area (basement) looks great! Initial remediation (drying out water-damage) was prompt and effective. Final repair was well done. People were friendly. On the down side, incident to final repair was 117 days, and dealing with a different Paul Davis person for each different bit of the case was needlessly confusing
