I only visited this salon for a gel polish removal. An e-file (drill) was used to remove the gel, and within a few days several of my nails developed bruising under the nail bed and are quite painful and sensitive. I’m disappointed because I wasn’t expecting this after a simple gel removal, and I hope more care is taken during the removal process.

Customer service was horrible. She did my pedicure in hurry. Cut extra skin and its hurting so bad. When it came to charging they charged me extra where it was $34 + taxes which would come up to be around 38 and they charged me $42. It was bad experience I won't go there again

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My nails were not done properly, and the overall finish looked messy and unprofessional. When I politely pointed out the issues and asked if they could fix them, the technician was rude and seemed annoyed. Although they tried to make some changes, the work was still rushed and still looked messy. I was so unhappy with the result that I had to go to another nail salon to have my nails redone, and I ended up paying almost twice as much. I left feeling very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the customer service. I will never come back and would not recommend this salon.
