I have been a long-term customer here and recently got my brakes done. I came in to get a quick check on the brakes and they are now closed down, everything on property removed and their phone no longer works. If they are truly out of business they will be hard to replace.Service: Brakes

Dixie Auto. I love going there. Customer service is great very friendly and they are very honest there. I've been through mechanics like crazy. I know about cars and I test them out by not knowing. When I got recommended to Dixie Auto. They were awesome. I knew Department was they told me the truth and they fixed it. Ever since then I've been going to them Non-Stop. Warren thank you very much man.

I had a slow leaky winter tire and took it in to get patched. The location was close to home so thankfully I got there after pumping the tire up. I told the garage of my problem, and they patched it...simple, quick, easy, and cheap. I drive home relieved, especially with a snowstorm on the way. Two days later I go to use my car for the first time since the repair and find it flat again. I pump up my tire and take the car back. I explain the situation, and it is remedied quickly. This time the service is free of charge as the problem was the same as what I originally brought my car there for. It was explained to me that this should likely fix the issue, but if not than the issue requires an internal tire patch which they do not offer. This to me is the key sign of integrity. Since I paid cash the first time, there was every opportunity to charge me again (labour is not free). Also, they could have said nothing about them not doing internal patching, which may have resulted in me returning again had the problem persisted. NAPA/Dixie Autopro appears to be a family-owned/operated business. While waiting during my two visits, I witnessed several telephone and in-person interactions with customers; customer service is detailed yet simple to understand while remaining polite and professional. After every interaction was "Thank you for your business". These owners/operators understand that competition exists and are thankful. They take pride in their service, and clearly know first-hand that owning a business during lockdowns has been a challenge. Thank you! ***Beware of the negative review*** Any person who only seems to know the problem after hours of diagnostics, writes a review as if they knew the problem before it was discovered and gets upset but fails to admit they did not know the problem when they brought their car in is only looking to complain in order to get service for free or at reduced cost. The review clearly omits that when the car was brought in that the owner did not explain what the problem was, yet somehow the owner expects the problem to be identified and diagnosed within a moments notice as if the owner made the garage aware of the problem. The review is full of price comparisons to dealers, failing to point out that these same dealers would have to have identified and diagnosed the problem; if dealers were comparatively cheap and the owner knew that beforehand, why didn't he take his vehicle there in the first place? My guess is he knew complaining to BMW would go nowhere and that service would be more expensive, which leads me to believe he purposely brought it to NAPA/Dixie Autopro with the intent of complaining regardless of outcome in hopes of getting discounted service.
