My dry, damaged hair was treated by Janice, the owner and Hair Technician Extraordinaire.

While I sat in the chair, Janice shared with me how passionate she is about her work and conveyed that she has been a hair technician since she was a young woman living in Jamaica.

As she told me her story, it was evident that she loves her work by the way her eyes lit up.
The enthusiasm and the energy that exuded from her as she was speaking was heartwarming, it's obvious that it's not about the money for Janice.

I was quite impressed to learn about all of her philanthropic endeavors and the various ways she gives back to her community.
She's truly a credit to her profession and an asset to the city of Brampton.

Janice took time with my hair and was in no hurry to move on to the next client or to go for lunch or to go home or to talk on the phone.
Janice gave me an education on how to care for my hair at home and advised me on products to use to prevent further damage .

I was very pleased with the overall appearance and texture of my hair, it hasn't had that kind of love in quite some time.
