I had an amazing experience at this Midas location. They took me in on short notice while I was visiting from out of town and was experiencing a sudden and mysterious sound with my car. The team was extremely thorough and thoughtful and got me back on the road within a couple hours. Thank you to Joe & the front office staff. Highly recommend 5/5.

It's taken us a while to do this review because we've been so busy, but I think this company/auto shop/brand deserves me taking time out of my day to do this. Top-tier service. Midas in general as a brand is great, IMO, and this shop gives you that level of service we expect from Midas.
I'm guessing the name comes from the legend of King Midas and if so, they are not far off in using that name in their branding. I think it fits very well. They got that 'touch'.

This was my first experience at Midas Bramalea and what an experience it was! After being diagnosed with a hole in my muffler at my dealership, it was recommended that I get it repaired at Midas (as opposed to the dealership which would be more costly). The customer service at this shop is beyond exceptional and the mechanics are highly experienced. They took my car in for repair right away and kept me informed throughout the entire job. As it turned out, there was more damage than expected and they searched out the part that was actually needed rather than replacing the entire exhaust system, thereby keeping costs at a minimum.
