So, I won’t say much about the products of Micheal’s but instead the employees.
It is a craft store, with a good amount of items that I wouldn’t be able to find in places like Walmart, but the highlight is the service. The employees are really friendly and welcoming, and as a more shy person, I don’t feel worried to ask questions or service at all.
Today, my cashier was a woman with the name of Nicole, and she was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice clean, organized store. As soon as you walk in you get that Christmas vibe during this season. If you are a artist or crafter, there is no better store. Also, the staff are nice and very professional.
I want to thank Isabel at the 410 & Steeles location who went above and beyond to fix the product I purchased. The staff at Michaels are always pleasant and helpful but this exceeded my expectations.
